The Annual State Conference offers exhibitors excellent opportunities to reach a highly targeted group of professional Structural Engineers, in a relax and convivial settings. A golf tournament, icebreaker social and a variety of other activities give exhibitors and conference attendees ample opportunity to meet and talk.

In 2017, additional time is being built into the Conference schedule to allow delegates to spend more time with exhibitors.

Booth space is $1150 per booth and includes two full passes


  • Ample exhibit space is available for exhibitors to display their products and services. The exhibit package includes:
  • Two conference registrations per booth
  • Booth size: Approximately 10-foot by 8-foot deep
  • Draped and skirted 6-foot x 30 inch table
  • Two chairs
  • Waste basket
  • Floor - carpeted
  • Web site listing with a hyperlink from the time of registration until after the conference.
  • Recognition in conference material .
  • Electricity included - bring your own extension cord.

Set up: Thursday, October 26, 2017 - 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Booths MUST BE set up by 5:00 PM THURSDAY. Teardown after the final refreshment break Friday, October 27, 2017. Please wait until AFTER THE RAFFLE before tearing down your booth

The hotel is on the Corpus Christi Bay in the heart of the Marina District
The exhibit hall will officially open at 5:30 PM on Thursday October 26. Teardown will be after the afternoon refreshment break on Friday October 27, 2017.
  • The icebreaker social on Thursday October 26 will be held in the exhibit hall from around 5:30 - 7:30 pm. YOUR BOOTH SHOULD BE SET UP BY 5:00 PM ON THURSDAY AT THE LATEST SINCE THIS IS A MAJOR TRAFFIC EVENT.
  • All refreshment breaks on Friday will be held in the exhibit area, including breakfast.
  • We will be holding a traffic building raffle for an attractive giveaway. To be entered into the drawing, delegates will need to have meet with ALL exhibitors.
  • Exhibitors are welcome to attend any of the technical sessions as well as the luncheon on Friday.
  • Exhibitors will be provided with a list of attendees, with their contact information in hard copy format on arrival at the Conference.
Booth Set up
  • Booths are approximately 10-foot wide by 8-foot deep.
  • The exhibit room will be partially draped. Exhibitors will get one draped table and two chair. (We can have these removed if you do not need them)
  • Electricity and internet will be available. Please indicate on your registration if you require electricity. Please bring an extension cord.
  • Exhibits may start setting up at around 9: 00 AM on Thursday.
  • Conference Registration and badge pickup will open at around 11:30 AM on Thursday

The exhibit hall is on the ground floor with easy access to the loading area and garage.
Shipping Material
Material may be shipped to the hotel up to three days before the event. Please mark your boxes very clearly with:

This is a very attractive facility. All activities are in close proximity to the exhibit area. The layout is designed to encourage good traffic flow. The icebreaker social and the refreshment breaks will all be held in the exhibit area. In addition, SEAoT will again be using a score card/raffle system to encourage attendees to visit with exhibitors.
